- OUR FOUNDER
Meet Linda Dube
Care Business School was founded by Linda Dube with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of care across the United Kingdom by equipping providers with the knowledge, structure, and strategic guidance required to build services properly, from the ground up.

Linda brings over 20 years of experience across frontline practice, leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory environments. She has held key roles including Social Worker, Social Work Team Manager, and Best Interests Assessor, working extensively within complex and high-risk settings where critical decision-making, legal frameworks, and person-centred practice are essential.
Linda is also the founder of TLS Social Care Ltd, a Care Quality Commission-registered care organisation based in Leeds, Yorkshire, where she serves as Director and Nominated Individual. Under her leadership, the service was built from the ground up with no external investment and achieved six-figure revenue within its first year of trading.

Care Business School sits within the Malevi Group, Linda's portfolio of care-sector ventures.
- EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS
Expertise tested at the sharpest end of care.
Linda's experience goes far beyond the classroom. Her work has taken her into the most complex, high-stakes environments in health and social care.
A breadth of experience across care.
Throughout her career, Linda has worked with a wide range of service user groups. When you work with Care Business School, you are working with someone who has been in the room, who has seen what poor care looks like, what it costs, and what it takes to get it right.
